Mercedes-Benz breaks sales record in March

 
Three-pointed star brand sold 139 920 vehicles worldwide last month, month-selling record in the history of Mercedes-Benz. Calculate I/2013 quarter, sales of vehicles of Mercedes-Benz vehicles gain 324 898.

"We again crossed the previous record with spectacular results," said Joachim Schmidt, head of Mercedes-Benz sales share.



Despite European economies are sinking in crisis, Mercedes-Benz has achieved growth. Three months of the year, the German carmaker's sales rose 3.9% to reach 81 219 vehicles with significant contributions from Belgium and the UK market.

Meanwhile, North American and Asian markets continue to be the most explosive of Mercedes-Benz. First quarter, Mercedes-Benz grew 13% in the U.S., Japan (12%), Korea (16%), Taiwan (16%) and Australia (37%).
