Korean carmakers producing small cylinder motorcycles


                                                                                  

- Hyosung and DSK Motowheels partners have prepared several plans to produce new models with an engine displacement of less than 150 cc.
 It comes from Korean Hyosung and DSK Motowheels manufacturing partners in India are now planning to participate in the small cylinder motorcycle segment, from 125-250 cc. We can say, this is one of the lucrative motorcycle segment and the most intense competition in the Indian market today.
Established as a luxury brand motorcycles, Hyosung distribute 150 units / month in the South Asian country. Market segmentation that Hyosung and DSK Motowheels motorcycle line is active with engine capacities from 250-650 cc.
Plan small cylinder motorcycle production promises to improve sales of Hyosung brand in the Indian market. Currently, Hyosung and DSK Motowheels partner has prepared several plans to produce new models with an engine displacement of less than 150 cc.
In addition, the company Hyosung also plans to build another factory in Maharashtra, India. Previously, only Hyosung operates a plant in India.
Expected new models of Hyosung will be distributed in the Indian market and a number of other countries. It would not be surprising to see the Hyosung models appearing on the international market. Korean brand which is quite familiar to consumers in some countries such as the UK, U.S. and Canada.
In recent times, many car manufacturers have announced plans to produce small cc motorcycle models. Also Hyosung, there BMW, Triumph, KTM and Yamaha. Target market of all Indian companies are particular and Asia in general.
