Volkswagen will recruit 50,000 employees in 2018


A recent report shows that Volkswagen is planning to recruit 50,000 additional employees between now and 2018 to achieve the goal toppled giants Toyota, becoming the largest car manufacturers the world.
Currently, the largest carmaker in Europe are approximately 550,000 employees worldwide. The decline of the European economy has made Volkswagen seeking new horizons and most of its employees are working outside the eurozone.
Of the estimated 550,000 workers were added, about 300,000 people will work outside of Germany, and the rest is used outside of Europe.
Most of the new jobs created are concentrated in countries such as China, India and Russia-where the car market with impressive growth in recent years.
Time Volkswagen is doing well in the U.S. market. The German carmaker is considering expanding plants Chattanooga, Tennessee to more favorable production line CrossBlue 7-seat crossover - the car has appeared at the Detroit Motor Show in January last.
CrossBlue use plug-in hybrid system connected to a TDI diesel engine with 190 horsepower 2 engine power of 54 hp and 114 hp front rear, dual-clutch DSG transmission, and drive system 4 wheel electric.
Volkswagen Concept CrossBlue directed to the U.S. market, where customers tend to replace the classical style minivan with the new crossovers. CrossBlue will lie between small crossover midsize SUV Tiguan and Touareg.
