
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has officially announced that it will cancel the decision to import 74,000 motorcycle and ATV terrain vehicles from China in their country. The reason stems from the lack of documentation status or faked.
Specifically, firms import Chinese cars to the U.S. as Snyder and Snyder Computer Systems Technology is headquartered in Ohio. After arriving in America, the Chinese car to be sold under the brand Wildfire Motors.
According to the EPA, Wildfire Motors company was certified multi-line distributor terrain vehicles and motorcycles from years 2006 to 2012. Certification applies to all vehicles before they are imported and sold in the United States. Manufacturers and importers will be given a certificate after submission of emission test data.
In doing so, EPA may know that the product conforms to federal emission standards. EPA particularly interested in the concentration of pollutants such as NOx, CO and HC. These are substances which cause smog and soot.
After a long process of investigation, EPA discovered Wildfire Motors papers contain false information. In addition, Chinese manufacturers are no emissions testing accuracy of Wildfire Motors cars that imported into the U.S..
Motorcycle News said, Wildfire Motors company currently distributes its products from China as Taixing Sandi Motorcycle, Vehicle Manufacture and Apollo Jiajue Zhejiang Zhejiang Zhufeng Huawin Motorcycle. Thus, the model of the company will not continue to be legally imported into the United States. Meanwhile, those who purchase from Wildfire Motors can keep the car.
