- Geneva 2011 is expected to witness the debut of the new Golf Convertible and Cabriolet versions.
Only a short time longer, Geneva 2011 exhibition will be officially opened. This is also an opportunity for Volkswagen to take a step further in its plans to become the world's No. 1 car in 2018. To gradually complete their goals, Volkswagen will in turn launch new models. Two of them have Convertible and Cabriolet versions of the familiar Golf models. According to the plan, both versions will come into the market later this year.Surprise is that Volkswagen has previously affirmed the 6th generation Golf Convertible and Cabriolet versions. The reason is that Volkswagen wants to spend two versions on the 7th generation Golf.

In addition to two new versions of the Golf, Volkswagen also released a 2001 Microbus concept development. However, Volkswagen is again tight-lipped on whether to bring Microbus up mass production line or not. Tiguan improved version is also another prominent representative of Volkswagen in Geneva this year.
