Toyota recalls 1,000 cars in Estonia

As part of the recall campaigns on a global scale error, recent Japanese auto giant Toyota has announced the recall 1,122 cars across Estonia.

Reeli Kaibald, a marketing expert of Toyota Baltic AS, said the model Avensis, Avensis Verso, Corolla, Yaris and Lexus SC430 13 are located in the recovered group. These cars were produced between January to March 3-2004 11-2000.

Toyota continues to face recalls due to technical error.

According to Toyota's statement, a subcontractor involved in the production of the car above has detected a fault in the air bag in the front seat, which can cause the air bag inflates, not even when the collision occurred.

Previously, Toyota has recalled nearly 4,700 vehicles in Estonia in October and November last year, due to the error in the window controls, steering columns and water pumps.
