Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 will have new rivals from Dodge



Variations of cars named Barracuda Challenger can, but it takes a few years to get the car into production.
The Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 release, the latest variant of Chevrolet's muscle car, seems to have made the Chrysler Group officials think. Chrysler currently has the Dodge Challenger, but the car is too heavy and not inherently Challenger's competitors are the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang, muscle cars and modern beauty.
However, according to MotorTrend, a rival Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 could be developed, but Chrysler would have done quite a lot of work to realize the vehicle, and to compete with the Camaro Z/28.
It will be a new variant of the Challenger, a vehicle focused optimize weight, upgraded brakes and suspension, as well as will get an improved version of the 392 engine 6.4-liter HEMI V8 , engine block currently has a capacity of 470 kW and 636 Nm of torque. The power of the car must be upgraded, and if this is not enough, do not exclude the possibility that Chrysler will offer 8.4-liter V10 engine is equipped on the Dodge Challenger SRT Viper. That would be a more unique Challenger, and will be priced significantly higher.
