In the latest research on the CSI Customer Satisfaction Index by JD firm Power and Associates do, Nissan scored 797/1.000, ranked 6 out of 19 popular brand on the market.
Mr. Leon Dorssers, Vice President, in charge of quality customer and dealer network development of Nissan USA said: "Nissan's results in the latest CSI research shows that our agents have engaged with promise: working non-stop to go beyond the expectations of our customers. "
CSI index of research J.D. Power and Associates ranked the level of customer satisfaction with dealer service during the first three years of use. Nissan has improved significantly in all five key elements CSI include: consulting services, infrastructure, quality of service and warranty.
