Currently in the world, composite means "carbon fiber" material are car carriers and super-expensive option. Tata Motors will use a different technology options name PDP (poly diallyl phthalate) to the production of new models. The department by PDP will replace the steel parts of the body and chassis.
In fact, the PDP is very light, hard and cheap. Materials and structures is equivalent to steel and aluminum. A metal body needs about 500 more but with PDP, the number to about 25. So bring results is a much lighter car, at the same time will save more fuel and still uncertain. Not only that, the car also has lower vibration and less noise than metal used car lot.
There are no official time launches new low-cost car. Tata Motors will have to strengthen the sales of the current model, and then to be able to focus on a new revolutionary product.
