Audi has unveiled the production version A3 Sedan image before officially unveiled the car at the New York International Auto Show 2013.Through its online video channel, Audi Media TV, Audi has just revealed the image of a new car is going to be its debut at the New York International Auto Show 2013.
Although Audi did not mention the name of the car was unveiled in its short video has been released, but it's not hard to get the car that Audi want to reveal.
MotorAuthority and reputable news site said the car was revealed in this video is the Audi A3 Sedan. The car has appeared many times in the testing process and also in the exhibition through the concept car.
The car will be officially unveiled at the New York International Auto Show 2013, which takes place next week, and then appeared at the Shanghai Auto Show, taking place from April 19. This is considered to be the production version of the Audi A3 Sedan.
Audi A3 Sedan has a similar design with the three-door A3 Hatchback versions and A3 Sportback five-door version.
The concept of the car first appeared at the Geneva Motor Show in 2011, when the car is mentioned with a five-cylinder 2.5-liter engine with 408 horsepower, and then the A3 Sedan hybrid is introduced at the Shanghai Auto Show with a hybrid engine system with a capacity of 238 horsepower.
Audi has not revealed any information relating to the vehicle. If A3 Sedan is equipped with the same engine with different versions of A3, the car will have a 1.2 liter petrol engine version 105 horsepower, 1.8 liter engine producing 180 horsepower, and two versions of the engine 2.0-liter diesel with a capacity of respectively 150 hp and 184 hp.
When put into production, Audi A3 Sedan will become rivals Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class, the car has just been put into production not long ago.
