2014 Toyota Highlander will appear at the New York show

Toyota Motor Corp. unveiled plans to introduce a Highlander born in 2014 at the New York International Auto Show will take place next April.

Currently, Toyota has not announced any details about the new-generation Highlander but confirmed the car will create special mark in style and bring many benefits to the user.

In terms of looks, the 2014 Toyota Highlander will have many similarities with the RAV4 crossover and the luxury sedan Camry. These two models are also storm in the U.S. market in recent years.

Regarding capacity, version Highilander bring to our customers a wide choice of such as 2.5L 4-cylinder engine capacity of 178 horsepower (133 kW) and 170 lb-ft (230 Nm) of torque or engine 3.5L V6 268 hp (200 kW) and 248 lb-ft (336 Nm) of torque.

Also, Toyota Highilander more hybrid drivetrain options 156 horsepower.

Since its first appearance in the U.S. market in 2001, the Toyota Highlander has sold 1.37 million vehicles. 2005 is considered the peak of sales when sold 137,409 vehicles. In 2012, sales reached 121,055 units.
