Consulting firm Interbrand Corp. of America on 12/6 says car maker Toyota in Japan has been selected as the "best green car brand globally" in 2013.
This is the third consecutive year the automaker has achieved this distinction due to the production of fuel-efficient cars such as the Prius hybrid.
According to the company, the car maker Ford's U.S. stand in second place, followed by Honda of Japan. Group of electronics manufacturing are struggling in Japan's Panasonic stand in fourth place.
Nissan ranks fifth in the No. 21 compared to last year due to revenue increases Leaf electric car.
Interbrand said Toyota is being rivals such as Nissan, Ford and Honda, but they still stick to far in front of the car company brand thanks Prius. /.
