BMW MINI factory opens in China ~ news car.





- This plant will produce entirely new MINI model exclusively for the Chinese market.According to Autocar, the recent report suggests there may be a few MINI model will be manufactured in China and is likely to be dedicated to this market.
Specifically, all of the 3rd generation MINI entirely new is planned for production in China, here is the review of the analysis of the car.
A recent report on the car industry in China is given Bernstein said, the use of the new MINI generation of BMW's front-wheel drive, will be produced at BMW's plant in Shenyang, west North China, from 2015.

According to Bernstein was launched, BMW has prepared space for new plants to expand production, with the ability to meet more needs of the market.
Bernstein said that the production of these cars use front-wheel drive system in China can be driven by a few factors. First, the needs of the Chinese market for the MINI increase from 2010, and by 2012, China has become the fourth largest market in the world of MINI.

Currently MINI models are produced at Oxford and the Magna plant in Austria. BMW said it will also produce the 3rd generation MINI in NedCar plant in the Netherlands. And the addition of the MINI factory in China can only aim to provide the local market.
