90% of Hyundai vehicles will soon be "westernized" ~ car loan





- In the future, the 9/10 Hyundai vehicles sold in Europe are manufactured right here in the old continent.
 
If you heard about the plan "westernized" 90% of Hyundai products, many people will think there is a certain carmakers in the old continent acquired Korean brand. However, reality is not quite so. According to Hyundai, the car distribution in the European market in the future will soon be completely assembled here.


Hyundai is planning to introduce urban car brand new i10 in the European market later this year. After that, Hyundai will shift i10 production line from Turkey to India to meet the needs of European consumers.Thus, only the Hyundai cars for the UK and Ireland are not assembled right here in the old continent. Instead, they continued to be shipped from India. The remaining vehicles will be assembled in Europe to sell to consumers in the continent.

The emergence of entirely new i10 means 90% of Hyundai vehicles sold to consumers in Europe will be produced on lands located west of the Strait of Bosphore. Hyundai confirmed, only 1/10 cars sold in Europe are assembled in Korea.


Currently, the majority of Hyundai vehicles in Europe are manufactured in factories located in Nosovice Czech Republic. Hyundai plant is located near the assembly line at Kia's Zilina Slovakia.


Reportedly, Nosovice plant responsible for manufacturing gearboxes both Hyundai and Kia brands. Meanwhile, the Zilina factory assembled engine.


The cars are assembled in two plants share the common platforms. Nosovice Hyundai i30 is produced, ix35 and ix20 with a capacity of 300,000 units / year.
