4th global car Ford EcoSport coming out for the first time in India this past January and hit the market in Southeast Asia in the framework of the exhibition Bangkok, Thailand. Style vehicles like Fiesta but has the advantage of compact with high chassis design.
Ford Ecosport officially hit the Southeast Asian market.
Ford EcoSpor EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine equipped Ti-VCT 1.5-liter capacity for up to 108 horsepower with a torque of 138 Nm in the range of ultra-low 1,300 rpm - 4,500 rpm / min. Engine comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed automatic gearbox PowerShift.
Safety systems fitted to the car include ABS anti-lock braking, Electronic Stability ESP, front airbags. There are also features supported sloping horizontal departure.
The car has a compact design and high ground clearance.
Under the plan, the EcoSport will be mass-produced at the Ford factory in Thailand was built in Rayong with an investment of $ 450 million and imported to Vietnam in 2013.
Prices in Thailand has yet to be announced.
The Bangkok Motor Show will be officially opened to the public from 27/3.
