Mitsubishi GR-HEV Concept - Future of the Triton

At the Bangkok Motor Show 2013 is taking place in Thailand, Mitsubishi was first introduced to the Asian market model GR-HEV Concept, unveiled the future of the car image generation Triton.
This car debuted at the Geneva Motor Show last 2013 in Switzerland, and now is the first time in Asia

GR-HEV concept car uses diesel-hybrid system is still in the process of development of the Mitsubishi, was introduced as a combination of a diesel fuel with a high-power electric motor powered by batteries .


CO2 emissions target set by Mitsubishi is less than 149 g / km - low for a truck.

This concept car uses two drive system 4WD for a new generation, combining the familiar Super Select 4WD drive system with 4 control system for full-time active (S-AWC).

Representative distribution and assembly of Mitsubishi vehicles in Thailand said electric motor diesel play a supporting role in some cases, such as reaching the maximum torque, maintaining the speed and reduce the amount of gas waste.

This hybrid system can also provide AC power from 100V - 240V, serves to replace a generator. Vehicles can run entirely on electricity for short distances.
