Icona Vulcano: 900 horsepower supercar from Italy



 - This extremely powerful supercar will officially be unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show 2013.

Icona Vulcano is a two-seat car is equipped with hybrid drive systems, combining a V12 engine with a pair of electric motors. Motor system is designed by pole system technical director of Ferrari, Claudio Lombardi.



Icona said hybrid propulsion systems with a V12 engine and two electric motors will provide a powerful combination of "up to 900 horsepower, this power allows the car can accelerate from 0-200 km / h in less than 10 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 350 km / h ".

Design firm based in Shanghai just released a single image reveals the Icona Vulcano, while confirming this design "is an evolution of the new design language with contemporary form and the very first the first to introduce the concept of Icona launched in 2011.
