Ford Vietnam announces February sales growth of 62%


Based on retail car sales, Ford Vietnam announced in February the company sold 351 vehicles, up 62 percent compared with the same period last year.
Specifically, the Ford Transit continues to lead sales in the United States of Ford in February with the number of 107 vehicles sold, double the previous year.

In the third month after the market launch, sales of the all-new Ford Focus also doubled compared to the previous generation of Ford cars 1 year ago with 66 vehicles sold.

Sales of the all-new Ford Ranger increased 103% compared to last year with 57 units.

February's sales helped Ford accounted for 8.3% of the market share of the industry. This is a sign that sales were extremely positive when Chinese New Year is always a time of quiet in the market. Thus, Laurent Charpentier, General Director of Ford Vietnam confident in gradual and continuous recovery of the automotive industry this year.
